An Early-Spring Update on Our Parts Department

Our Parts Department at Louisville Switching is continuously growing and expanding. From additions to our staff to continuing to stock our parts department with the highest quality parts for your Ottawa needs. Our team at Louisville Switching continues to add more and more T2 Kalmar/Ottawa parts everyday. If we do not have your part in stock, we are able to order any part from the Kalmar/Ottawa factory in one day.

We know that getting your parts as soon as possible is a huge priority. Not only can we get parts directly from the Kalmar/Ottawa factory in one day, but we can ship parts using UPS next day air. This ensures your truck has very little downtime and is quickly back to proper working condition. Staying stocked up on the most often ordered parts is a crucial component to having our parts department fully equipped to service all of your Ottawa needs.

Chuck is your go-to guy for all parts needs.

More than Just Parts Additions to the Department

Recently we have added more than just part additions to our department. Our staff has also grown within our company. Our previous Inventory Controller, Barbara Brian has recently retired from her position with Louisville Switching, but will continue to work on our staff as a consultant. We are eager to see her continued growth within our company.

Another of our staff members, Chirs Cassady, has been promoted to Inventory Controller. He was previously a member of our Parts team as our Parts Coordinator. We are thrilled to have him take on more responsibilities and gain more experience in the world of parts.

If you have any questions regarding our parts department, you can speak to Chuck directly at chuck@louisvilleswitching.com or visit our contact page here. We look forward to continuing the growth of our parts department well into 2019 and seeing what this spring has in store for Louisville Switching.
