Kory Swenson Herds Service in the Right Direction

Before Kory Swenson could straddle a pedal bike he was nose to nose with a bunch of mooing beasts, herding them constantly to where they needed to be on his family's cattle ranch in South Dakota. Although Kory doesn't wrangle much any more with four-legged characters, he still believes in doing a couple of things well, no matter what your job is.

Right in the middle of a mud puddle is where you might find Robb Williams when he's not managing parts at Louisville Switching. He's always up for a good water fight, too, when grandkids and warm weather are around. Although Robb is a hard-working guy who is passionate about his job and his customers, he's a big kid at heart who never misses an opportunity to have a little fun.

1. What is your title and duties at Louisville Switching?
My job title is Sales and Leasing Manager. My job is to provide equipment for our customers, answer any questions about the units, service, etc. I also work with the mechanics on any issues that may arise of any concern. Quality, efficiency, and excellent service from all aspects is my responsibility.
