Monu Shinchoury dedicated two years to Louisville Switching as our Stock Clerk and worked to keep our truck parts stocked and organized. Day to day, she shelved stock orders, shipped out parts, took parts to the shop, and received the parts in the warehouse. It's been a bittersweet time at Louisville Switching the past couple of week's as we have celebrated Monu as she begins a new position. 

Monu originally came to Louisville Switching to work for the summers while she was in college, but found that our people and culture were one of a kind and became our Stock Clerk. It's been an incredibly mutual relationship and we consider ourselves very blessed to have been able to work with her for the past two year's. 

Louisville Switching Won't Be The Same 

Monu's contagious smile and warm personality filled each room she walked into at Louisville Switching. It's with both joy and sadness in our hearts that we say goodbyeto Monu as she moves on to a job in Columbus, Ohio as a Children's Ministry Pastor. 

We celebrated Monu on May 8th with a team lunch as well as praying for her and her ministry. A special video was created for her where several of our staff wish her farewell. It's a far from comprehensive video of our people who will greatly miss her and all the reasons why! 

Monu, you will be a blessing to everyone you encounter at your new job. We will miss you, but look forward to watching you grow and seeing you again soon.
