Over the years our Parts Department has expanded to supply thousands of parts to customers across the world. Just recently we sent a part all the way to Malaysia! In addition to expanding our selection of parts and adding warehouse space, we've also built a team dedicated to getting you the parts you need, when you need them. Chris Cassady is one of the newest members of our parts department and we're excited to introduce him to you!

Chris joined our team as a Parts Coordinator, and his day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating the delivery of parts to our Service Department, facilitating shipments to customers, creating purchase orders, building parts, and ultimately, making sure our customers are happy.

Chris's journey to working at Louisville Switching is interesting to say the least. Prior to working in our Parts Department, Chris was a high school social studies for 7 years. Then he tried his hand at realty before getting connected with us. Check out his introduction video below to learn more about his story and the big changes he has experienced in the past year.
