Highlighting our employees is very important to us here at Louisville Switching. Each and every one of our team members plays a very important role, that is the key to keeping our company thriving.

This edition of Louisville Switching's employee spotlight features one of our newest employees, Monu Shinchoury.

Below is a little bit about Monu and what makes her tick!

Tell us a little bit about the type of work you do at Louisville Switching.

My role at Louisville Switching is as the Stock Clerk. I put away the stock order, ship out, take parts to the shop and receive the parts in the warehouse.

When you Aren't at work, what keeps you busy?

Study, family, and ministries (Church activities) keep me busy when I not at work.

Have you always been in this industry? If not, what brought you where you are today?

I was looking for a job during my summer break. One of my friends told me that this company and that they were looking to fill a position. I was fortunate enough to secure a job after the interview process.

What's one thing you love about what you do for a living?

I love working here because all of my co-workers are helpful and this creates a good working environment all of them are supportive. I enjoy everything I do here at Louisville Switching

Tell us a little bit about what you do for fun:

I enjoy reading, singing, watching movies, and playing soccer or volleyball for fun.
