Ottawa yard truckThe last thing we want when we send our mechanics great distances to help our clients is for them to get there and not have what they need. Our clients are crucial in answering our questions before we let our mobile repair vehicles leave the shop to service and repair their yard trucks. There may be one or more primary symptoms that reveal the main issues we need to look at, but we will ask more than just obvious questions. We want to know about your whole fleet so we can accomplish more for our clients than a single repair while we are there.

Here is a checklist for you to consider that will help us serve you better:

  • What do you think is wrong with your yard truck?
  • What are the main symptoms?
  • When was the last PM performed?

We have found when our clients allow us to routinely run preventative maintenance on their fleet, they have fewer repairs in the future. Simple preventative maintenance goes a long way in saving our clients major repair expenses. Taking care of your investment makes good sense and should be a part of your budget. This will save you money in the long run and help you run more efficiently with fewer trucks down. We love hearing how we have improved our clients' ability to stay operational because of the simple suggestions we make and the PMs we run when we are onsite with our mobile repair vehicles.

Our mechanics are paid salaries and are never paid on commission. We believe commission-based mechanics are a recipe for fraud. We are always honest about your vehicles diagnosis. We are in the business of saving you money and proving to you that our clients are the most important thing to us. If you have any questions, be sure to call or write in. We will always take time to answer you and you will always speak with a person, not a machine. That is our commitment to you.
