Louisville Switching has seen a lot of growth over the past few years. Because of this growth across all aspects of our business, we have been able to expand our team members roles and involvement in the organization. 

We are proud to announce that as of September 1st, Chris Troutt has been promoted to General Manager of Sales, Leasing, and Service. This was an easy decision for us. Chris brings a great attitude and sparks customer appreciation. He dedicates himself to each customer to make sure they are enjoying business with Louisville Switching. Our policy is integrity, gaining your trust, and exceeding your highest expectations, all of which Chris completely embodies. 

Developing Life-long Relationships

With growth comes the opportunity to renew focus and our focus has always been and will continue to be about fostering life-long relationships with our customers. Our greatest desire is to ensure that each customer receives individualized attention and unprecedented care for their needs. 

We truly value all of our committed employees and are especially thankful for several who are stepping up to fill in gaps with Chris's promotion. Rex Eure will continue in the role of Service Manager and report directly to Chris. Bruce Howard will assume more responsibilities in the Sales and Leasing departments with a focus on new business development and he will also report directly to Chris. This change will be possible by combining the efforts of two great departments while maintaining our focus on continuing to develop life-long relationships. 

We are looking forward to this change and have great expectations for continued success and growth. Our goal is to maintain our success as the Premier Partner Dealer for Kalmar Ottawa by continually meeting and exceeding all of the service metrics and sales goals.
