Morris Hamilton is one of Louisville Switching's all-star employees! He does a little bit of everything around here and adds a lot of joy and positivity to our team. We will start off with a few things that Barbara Robinson has to say about Morris and then get into his answers to our interview questions.

Barbara says that Morris is a joy to work with, which is true. He has such a positive outlook on life and you can hear him singing in the evenings as he cleans up the shop. He has a beautiful voice! Barbara said, "Anything and everything that we have to do, Morris will step up to the plate and do it. He keeps everything sparkling clean around here, and you don't even have to ask him. He's very proactive."

What do you do for Louisville Switching on a daily basis?

I just do maintenance, pick up parts and deliver parts, keep the shop clean and help the mechanics when needed.

Tell us how you got where you are today, working at Louisville Switching.

An employee here told me about the place, so through word of mouth.

I worked with cars and did mechanic work in the past.

What is your favorite part of your job?

I like working with people and communicating with people and helping them solve problems. I like being hands-on, and I like multitasking and doing different things throughout the day.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I have an old car that I like to work on in my spare time. I also like to go to the flea market and take my wife out to dinner.
