Each year, the Kalmar Ottawa Dealer Meeting is hosted by Kalmar Ottawa for dealers in the truck industry to come together to discuss current market trends, economic forecasts, and other topics related to the industry. Our owner, Don Robinson, enjoys regularly attending this event to represent Louisville Switching. 

This Year's Meeting was Special for Us

This year, Don was honored to also participate as a guest speaker. He gave a presentation about how Louisville Switching has developed a reputation for outstanding service. The goal of the presentation, and the entire event, is for dealers to help one another advance in the industry. Dealers who have performed at the highest level in both sales and service as measured with a predetermined set of KPI's for the previous year are recognized at this meeting. There are usually a couple of hundred people in attendance. Only a small percentage of the dealers are able to achieve the distinguished status of Premiere Partner for their performance.  Louisville Switching Truck Sales was recognized at the meeting for doing just that. We are so thankful for this achievement.
