In keeping with our dedication to constant improvement, Louisville Switching has hired several new, highly qualified staff to provide top quality care for our customers!

 

Chuck has been promoted to Service Manager. His extensive knowledge of the trucks are very helpful. He is attentive to details and his customers are impressed with his thorough work and willingness to go the extra mile to assist.

 

Connie joined us in 2007 to accept the responsibility for the efficient flow of paperwork to and from our shop. She generates all of the shop billings for our customers, monitors PM service schedules, prepares all cartage billings, maintains our DOT files, maintains our IFTA and IRP logs, reviews all incoming paperwork to the shop and still finds time to keep most of us straight (most of the time). She is always anxious to help anyone with a request for information.

 

Kenneth joined us in 2007. He has a degree from The University of Kentucky and many years of experience in the buisness world. One of his areas of special expertise is in inventory management. This is where he plays such an important role for Louisville Switching. Our parts buisness has grown dramatically in the last several years and our need for qualified staff has also grown. Kenneth filled a need as soon as he started and has been well received by our customers and our staff.
